All ages are welcome to participate in this race event at Emerald Valley BMX - even striders!
There will be loaner bikes and helmets available, and new riders race for FREE. There will be an hour of registration and practice before races begin. Staff will be available to help new riders. The more the better!
There will be raffle prizes and food on site. $5 will be donated for every rider registered to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. USABMX is one of the top fundraisers for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and tracks all over the USA and Canada hold RFL events annually.
Please join us for this cause and experience the fun that racing BMX has to offer.

Dirt Maiden's are starting up their evening WTFNB (Womens, Trans, Femme and Non-Binary) mountain bike rides at Whypass in May!
These rides are suited for folks with intermediate mountain biking skills. The rides are no-drop, will be around 2 hours of riding, and have lots of time to stop and chit-chat.

Please join us for our 3rd year in a row of Ladies League BMX training sessions! We are offering 3 FREE training sessions for girls & women of all ages and skill level. This will be a fun, encouraging, and low pressure environment to learn new skills at every level with a full crew of women who are passionate and committed to helping other females in the sport we love!!
Each session will offer a new focus of training. Session #1 Sunday, May 12th - Basic Skills & Gates.
Session #2 Sunday, May 19th - Pumping & Corners. Special Mother’s Day Race following training (cash awards, food & prizes)
Session #3 Sunday, May 26th - Race Strategy, Timing, and Jump Session.
Please check in at the registration booth at every session from 10-10:30am. Sessions will start promptly at 10:30am and end at 12:00pm. We will have loaner bikes and helmets available. Closed toe shoes, long sleeves & long pants are required. Free race registration after each session for all girls & women who attend training sessions. If you identify as WTFNB + BIPOC, then come join Aparna on a beginner-friendly mountain bike ride at Whypass in Lorane, OR! Meeting up at 5:45pm, riding from 6-8pm-ish.
No drop, lots of chit-chat, and appropriate for folks just starting out mountain biking! Must have basic bike handling skills (riding on uneven terrain, braking/shifting, comfortable pedaling uphill).
18+ : Intended for adults.

Join the UO Outdoor Program as UO alumna and author Heidi Beierle takes center stage to share insights into her memoir, Heidi Across America. A gritty story of how opening your heart to others enables you to open your heart to yourself, Heidi’s story is a depiction of homecoming to self and nation.
As a student at the UO the summer of 2010 when she pedaled solo across the country to study bicycle tourism and rural economic development. This memoir captures the transformative personal journey Heidi experienced during her ride and offers insight about getting unstuck in life, learning to love the remarkable person you are, and finding space in your heart for America. Free and open to all, UO students and community members.

Meet at Klink Cycles at 6, ride out at 6:30. Ride is an all bike path 10 mile loop starting and ending at the shop. Casual pace required! Afterwards stick around for refreshments.
